1. What Derakkuma is

Derakkuma is an app for viewing and organizing your maimai DX NET data, including scores, friends, game options, nearby cabinets, and optional AT Protocol/Bluesky sharing features.

2. Unofficial app

Derakkuma is an unofficial maimai DX NET client. Derakkuma is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by SEGA or the maimai DX NET service.

3. Your responsibility

By using Derakkuma, you agree that your use of maimai DX NET through this app follows the official maimai DX NET Terms of Service and SEGA FAVE Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own maimai DX NET account and for any actions you take through Derakkuma.

4. Data and sharing

Derakkuma is designed so your maimai DX NET session and cached data stay on your device unless you explicitly enable a sharing feature. Optional features, such as AT Protocol/Bluesky publishing or Bubble nearby friend-code exchange, may share the specific information described in the app before you enable them.

5. No guarantees

Derakkuma is provided as-is. Features may stop working if maimai DX NET changes, if network services are unavailable, or if a platform changes permissions or background behavior. Derakkuma does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or availability.

6. Respectful use

Do not use Derakkuma to harass others, spam friend requests, scrape or abuse services, impersonate others, or violate maimai DX NET or AT Protocol service rules.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as Derakkuma changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
